Wednesday, April 13, 2022 Friendship Tourism

We have traveled through regions of the land.

We have driven in sunshine, snow and rain.

We have visited old friends and had conversations late into the evening.

We have told stories and listened to them.

We have seen a museum that glorifies God as Creator and Savior.

We have meandered through a gigantic ark.

We have sojourned overnight with the Amish.

We have worshiped in the company of the saints.

We have had dinner rolls thrown to us in a restaurant.

We have driven through a Civil War battlefield.

We have talked, prayed, laughed and enjoyed meal fellowship everywhere we’ve gone.

We have been on a Tour of Friends, the best kind of tourism.

I’m back, friends! I hope you have missed me as much as I have missed you…

I’ll probably drop this off at the Bureau of Blog Tourism in the morning.

  1. I was writing a comment earlier but didn’t finish it but it disappeared….so don’t know if it got sent or not. I did miss you and I’m glad you’re back safe….especially after that crazy storm we had here yesterday.

  2. We had some damage to our roof….again. Not serious, I don’t think. Garret Taylor is going to check it out on Friday. I also lost a couple things from the yard. It was a “ wing dinger” and came so fast. I was actually on the road on my way home from Morristown when it hit. I was stuck out in the driveway in the jeep for 15 minutes because it was hailing so hard and the wind so bad I couldn’t even make it into the house.
