Monday, April 3, 2023 The Lazy Artist Club

I have such a hard time making myself do these things, but I always enjoy the process. I haven’t done any watercolors for months and months, so to kickstart myself, I told a friend of mine that I’d paint one to send her in the mail. Apparently this is the only way I will ever get my paints out, since after several weeks of stalling, I finally did it. Is there anyone else out there that belongs in the Lazy Artist Club? You can be a founding member of the club with me.

Let me know if you’d like me to send one to you and I’ll do it. This one was for Sue H.

I’ll probably procrastinate on deleting this in the morning.

  1. I’ll be happy to help you out! Your assignment: your choice of medium. I’ll inspire (or at least put a little fire behind) you to paint, you can inspire me with your painting (note 2 Tim.3:16)! No need to mail, we can arrange an in person hand in. 🙂

  2. It’s beautiful, Lynnie! And the Scripture verse is perfect! On Thursday I will bring along a prayer/poem that might be worthy of your paints.😊

  3. Kudos to you for getting started. That is beautiful!! I have yet to pick up a brush but I have been mulling around some ideas!! That counts doesn’t it???

    1. I sense that you and I are now the legitimate founders of the Lazy Artist Club! 😂. I spent some time mulling, too, and kept putting it on my to-do list and then ignoring it. I set a goal of doing it before the end of March and didn’t even make that deadline! You should be getting this in the mail sometime this week, dear friend. I look forward to seeing yours whenever it emerges from your brush. ❤️
