Hello friends. The tiny art experiment continues.

The rhyming of yellow with umbrellow was a whimsical pairing just waiting to happen. I’d like to think I was the first, but in this big wide world, it’s unlikely.

“Deep calls unto deep
at the noise of your waterfalls;
All your waves and billows
have gone over me.”

Psalm 42:7.

“Deep calls unto deep” is such a lovely, poetic phrase, isn’t it? Although there are no waves and billows in my painting, the night sky can be an ocean of depth with its own waves and billows. So says me.

The cattail painting was one of those that looked simple, but was much more complex than I thought. For the record, I only pick out simple looking paintings on Pinterest to copy.

When plants have dreams… And how do you know that they don’t? And if they did, there would almost certainly be a dreamy looking orb in the background. So says me. Again.

My husband was gone one night and I said to myself, “Why don’t you try using those metallic paints you got as a gift?” This painting emerged from the weirdness of my mind. I can’t explain it. My abstract stuff tends to look like some sort of bacteria on a microscope slide. So be it.

This has been brought to you by Lynniebee Tiny Art, with a contribution by Lynniebee Microscope Slide Art.

When blog posts have dreams…they get deleted in the morning.
